Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality training and resources to help you successfully expand your business internationally. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in the program.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your contact email] and will be processed based on the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Requests made within 7 days of purchase and before accessing any course materials (including videos, checklists, or Q&A sessions) will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

  • Partial Refund: If a request is made after accessing course materials but within the first 14 days of purchase, a 50% refund will be granted, provided that you can demonstrate that you made an effort to engage with the program (e.g., completed assignments, attended Q&A sessions, or actively participated in discussions).

  • No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued after 14 days of purchase or once a live Q&A session, coaching call, or small-group strategy session has been attended.

2. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to participate in the program due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort of the program or transfer your seat to another eligible participant. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the program start date and are subject to approval.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of documented medical emergencies or extreme unforeseen situations, we may offer a partial refund or transfer at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
