Recently, a client suggested working jointly on an exit program over ten years. At my age, it would be tempting fate to agree to such a plan, so I suggested that we do it over five years. We are now entering year two of the program. We are on time and on track.

By the end of this course, you will understand where your business is today, where it needs to be to deliver your goals and you be able to develop a plan to get you where you want to be. Whether you achieve all you desire will depend on execution. Do not try to develop the perfect plan. A good well-executed plan will beat a brilliant plan poorly executed every time.

This course is offered with two options. The first is for CIPs (commercially important people) as entrepreneurs/SMEs employ over 60% of the working population worldwide, you are commercially important. CIPs get all the course content needed to get you to where you want to get to.

There is a VIP option, which is open to a limited number of people. In addition to the course material, VIPs gain access to a weekly one-hour online group session with me. These online sessions will be in the form of Q&A where you can learn more about topics that are of particular interest to you. There will also be additional tips on how to execute your plans. These sessions will be held for the duration of the course. If needed there will be an additional session to accommodate different time zones. If this is the case VIPs can attend either or both sessions. These sessions will be recorded and sent to VIPs, so even if you cannot attend, you can still benefit from the discussion.

Because all businesses are different the course has a 5 core modules and 5 optional modules.
